The Ultimate Mint Refresher Smoothie

Kick your workout recovery up a notch with this Ultimate Mint Refresher. It’s full of protein, packed with vitamins and tastes like mint chip ice cream!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups unsweetened almond milk (or your favorite nondairy milk)
  • 1/2 tsp organic mint extract
  • 4 scoops plant based protein powder
  • 1 1/2 medium frozen bananas
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 tsp cacao nibs for topping

Instructions

  1. In a high speed blender, place all ingredients, except cacao nibs (with the almond milk first). Blend on low speed at first, then on high speed until smooth. If needed, add more almond milk to thin to your liking.
  2. Pour into 2 large glasses and top with 1 tsp each cacao nibs.
