Orange Ginger Turmeric Immunity Shots

Ingredients
- 2 oranges, peeled and segmented into quarters
- 2 lemons, cut in half and juiced
- 3 inch piece of fresh turmeric sliced, or 1 Tbsp turmeric powder
- ½ cup fresh ginger sliced
- ⅛ - ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (depending on your spice preference)
- ½ cup clean, filtered drinking water
Instructions
- Place all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Pour in ½ cup of water.
- Start blending on a low speed, then gradually increase to high until the mixture is smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a large bowl or measuring cup. Use a spoon or spatula to press the mixture through the strainer, extracting as much liquid as possible. This takes a little time, so find your zen while pressing.
- Pour the liquid into a jar or shot glass and enjoy!
