High-Protein Blueberry Smoothie Bowls

Maximize your mornings with this delicious and nutritious smoothie bowl, perfect for kickstarting your day or refueling after a workout.

Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk (add more if necessary)
  • 3-4 scoops plant-based vanilla protein powder (depending on your protein needs)
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • <strong>Optional Toppings</strong>
  • Gluten-free granola
  • Bee pollen
  • Extra blueberries
  • Flaked coconut, chia seeds, shaved chocolate, etc.

Instructions

  1. In a high speed blender, place all ingredients, except your toppings (with the almond milk first). Blend on low speed at first, then on high speed until smooth. If needed, use the tamper to get the blueberries chopped up, and everything smooth. Add more almond milk if needed, or to thin to your liking.
  2. Once your desired consistency is reached, pour into 2 bowls, and top with gluten free granola, bee pollen or other toppings of choice. Savor, eat slowly, and enjoy!
